How to Purchase Exhibit Space – Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form with all contact information and answers to questions.
    Click the “Next” button to proceed to the next screen.
    • TIPS: Use the email address associated with your NAWBO account to see member pricing ($500 less than nonmember pricing!)
      Don’t forget to click on the event liability waiver since it is a required field to proceed to the next screen.
  1. On the exhibit space map, click on any table and booth that is available for purchase to see the price and what’s included with the space.
    Note that if you stop on this screen and do not make a purchase, any exhibit space you have chosen will be held for 10 minutes and then released.
    The Exhibitor Registration form you filled out will be active for 5 minutes and then it will be cleared. So, you will need to fill out the form to begin again using the same email address.
    • TIPS: Purchased booths and tables will appear green on the map and you can hover over them to see who purchased them.
      Any space that is currently being purchased by someone else will appear orange and you may not select it.
  2. Once you have selected your exhibit space, click Payment to go to the payment screen.
